LDT 502 WOL - Instructional Design Project Reflection Mini-Paper Did we create a rich, thoughtful learning experience for our stakeholders? Throughout this course, my team and I developed instructional materials that assisted target learners with the development of podcasting. Reflecting on the process, it was difficult for me to transfer my knowledge of pedagogy and learning design in the secondary education arena to that of a constituency of professional learners. Creating the Task Analysis was the most rewarding part of the process: I appreciated the ability to question the stakeholders, gather data to inform the process of creating an appropriate learning environment, and follow-up with the procedural elements of the LMS. The act of writing the mock-up of instructional materials was an excellent tool to fine-tune my abilities to create an instructional model that helped the Skaro University educators hone their podcasting skills.
